Carolyn goes into further detail explaining the Food as Medicine approach in this second episode looking at the local workshops she is conducting. With a focus on grassfed meat, above ground vegetables, healthy fats, fruit, nuts and seeds, Carolyn explores the core of Whole Foods eating which centres on the S.L.O.W approach. Carolyn follows a strict healthy Paleo diet which has supported her recovery from chronic illness. She lives a Food as Medicine approach and teaches this to the participants of this three session course.
